* The "str" command

  The "str" command ("silly/str") is a silly command line
  program used to exercise the "str" library functions.

  It uses a buffer to concatenate the arguments passed when 
  the program is invoked, and then passes the resulting 
  string to "panic".

  Suggested recipe:

	% cd silly
        % gcc -I.. -o str -g -Wall str.c ../utils/*.c ../str/*.c
